1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following notes give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that could identify you personally. For detailed information, please refer to the full policy below.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details can be found in the "Responsible Party" section below.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected when you provide it to us — for example, data you enter into the contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the website (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access).

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to process your inquiry.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time, and the right to request correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

2. Hosting

We host the content of our website with the following provider:

Strato

Provider: STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany ("Strato"). When you visit our website, Strato collects various log files including your IP address. For details, see Strato's privacy policy: strato.de/datenschutz.

The use of Strato is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable possible presentation of our website. Where consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.

We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) with Strato that obliges Strato to process our website visitors' data only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures

Data Protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations.

We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Responsible Party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Kenneth Bleifuß
Mäuerleinsweg 11
63897 Miltenberg
Germany
Email: bleifusscreative@gmail.com

Storage Duration

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies, or until you request deletion or revoke your consent — subject to legally mandated retention periods.

Revocation of Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the revocation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. For Bavaria, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.

SSL / TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically, including: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the details you provide — including the contact data you enter (name, company, email, optionally phone, project details) — are stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions. Processing happens via a server-side email dispatch (PHP) that forwards your message directly to our inbox. We do not share this data without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to fulfilling a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where requested.

Data entered into the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Inquiries by Email

If you contact us by email, your inquiry — including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) — is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. We do not share this data without your consent.

Cookies and Analytics

This website deliberately does not use tracking or analytics cookies, nor third-party embeds such as Google Fonts or external analytics services. Only technically necessary server log data as described above is processed. No cookie consent is currently required, since no non-essential cookies are set.
